We recently pulled into Guam for a four day port visit. This is the second time I’ve been to Guam, and even though I only had two days off, I still had a great time relaxing and taking in the sun. Me and a buddy got a hotel room on the 10th floor of the Hyatt, which had a balcony where I took the above picture. I didn’t do too much when it came to water sports this time. We mostly just drove around for a little bit and enjoyed the peace of not being on the ship. One of my younger network admins went over to the USS Frank Cable and told me how much they needed help with their networks, that I actually contemplated how it would be to take orders there. As much of a rock star I could be with the network (tell me I don’t live in a fantasy world.), the Cable’s mission isn’t like what I’m used to. As much shit as I talk on the Seventh Fleet or my ship, I feed off the unusual hours, low morale, high OPTEMPO. Anyway, I took some more photos of Guam, mainly from my hotel balcony, and some from Two Lover’s Point. Check them out in the gallery: Guam 2008.

I’m jealous.

You say you drove around for a little while, does that mean you drove around the island countless times? lol
